Transfers Cancellation Policy:
All services are prepaid. Travellers may cancel their tour or activity at any time. However, L&S PERSONAL ASSISTANTS shall be entitled to charge a cancellation fee according to the time of cancellation.
The applicable cancellation fees are as follows:
5 days or less before the start of the tour: 100% (hotels non-included here). 
6 to 10 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee.
11 to 15 days in advance: 30% cancellation fee.
More than 16 days in advance: 10% (administrative cancellation fee).

Refunds:
The refund will be made to the credit card used to pay, within a guaranteed maximum of 10 days after the cancellation becomes effective.

If the time described in the itinerary is exceeded, overtime will be billed at the end of the visit.
